Dr. Melissa Lethbridge is a clinical psychologist based at a private psychology practice in South Yarra. She provides specialized treatment for children, adolescents, and adults who are suffering from psychological issues. Melissa has experience treating a range of clinical problems including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and eating disorders. Melissa completed her Doctor of Clinical Psychology at La Trobe University in 2012. Her professional training involves working in public mental health, university counselling, and at a suicide crisis service. Alongside her private practice, Melissa also works as a clinical psychologist at a specialist Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS). She provides psychological assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and young adults with severe and complex mental health issues. 

As a clinical psychologist, Melissa uses evidence based psychological interventions which are individually tailored to meet the unique needs of each of her clients. She has training in Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), solution focused therapy, mindfulness, and positive parenting support. Melissa's therapeutic style involves collaborating with clients and their families to develop shared goals for therapy.
