Jiu-jitsu is an ancient japanese martial art of self defence. Lesson 1: you will be shown how to warm up and stretch properly as well as a few techniques that you can use immediately lesson 2: you will be in a class with others where you can see the class environment and continue to learn new techniques. Teaching Shukokai Karate, it occupies a 6,00 square foot facility with two large group training rooms, one private training room, a reception with pro shop, male female change rooms, a kitchen and an office. The pro shop displays a entire range of uniforms, shirts and training equipment.
