*CONTEMPORARY DANCE CLASSES*: SAT 1 - 2pm
A class combining release technique and a dynamic physical movement style.
*KIDS CREATIVE DANCE & DRAMA CLASSES*.
Personal sessions are also available
*BREAKDANCE*: THURS 6:30 - 7:30pm, contact TOM. This class incorporates low impact mat exercises to sculpt the body, a cardio circuit and yoga style stretching to elongate the muscles.
A fun workout for adults of all fitness levels, to improve core strength and flexibility.
*GUTT & BUTT BUSTER*: THURS 7:30-8:30pm, contact KATH.
Everyone is welcome with or without a partner.
