Our Mature gymnastic class is a great place for those who have done gym in the previous and want to get back to it, or those who have never tried gymnastics before. It provides a safe, difficult and supportive environment to learn new skills. We recommend that those attempting this class should already have some degree of strength, flexibility and coordination whilst fitness is developed, a plausible base glossy of fitness is needed to properly participate. Our Gymfun program is a recreational gymnastics program catering for both boys and girls. This program aims to teach children the fundamental gymnastics skills whilst developing imperative gross motor skills such as balance and coordination. The diversity of the program provides each kid with the opportunity to develop their sporting ability. This program builds on the strength, flexibility and coordination of each gymnast and aims for each gymnast to come their stuffed potential whilst having laughter and attending participation based competitions. We believe in gymnastics for all and so we are delighted to give a range of inclusive classes including a class designed for those on the spectrum as well as notable Olympic classes. Kindergym is a notable time for children, with their parent grownup, to play and have merriment in a safe, stimulating, structured and multisensory environment. Men's Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) is our competitive Zens program where we compete at state and national levels. It's the flawless sport to teach boys focus and self discipline skills that can help with their learning and concentration. It builds strength, enhances coordination and agility, and develops posture and confident body movement, including the aptitude to land safely. You can learn the activities in your own home, in your own time with brief instructional videos or attend in the club for tailored promote in a social mirth environment. Sessions are taken by Gymnastics Coaches and include LOTS of fun time in the gym as well as craft and cooking activities. Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) is our competitive omens program where we compete at state and national levels. It's the accurate sport to teach your daughter coordination and confidence, prosper creativity and contribute to her general health and fitness.
